Product Description

     Adamite is a material between steel and iron. Owing to its alloy elements such as Ni,Cr,Mo etc. There is some amount carbide in the matrix. With special heat treatment process, it can deliver high wearability, toughness and anti-thermal crack property. The key merit is it has almost no hardness drop in the working layer. The most advantages of these rolls are almost no hardness gradient in the working layer. These rolls are used in roughers and front stands of the finisher for hot strip mills; rougher, intermediate stands and pre-finishing stands for bar and wire; roll rings and roll sleeves for universal mills and cantilever mills.
